Hand Ageing (Back of hands)

It is particularly important to address the ageing hand for those that have been receiving anti-ageing treatments to their face, neck and décolletage as discrepancy between these areas and the hands can be a telltale sign that we have had work done. The majority of us would like to keep this our little secret and enjoy the compliments of others for our naturally youthful appearance and 'good genes'.

  • Along with the eyes and neck, your hands are one of first areas to show sighs of ageing. As we age, our hand age as a result of the following
  • Age spots as a result of sun exposure
  • Appearance of wrinkles due to a reduction in collagen and elastin production
  • Loss of tissue volume as our collagen productions slows making our skin look thin and sallow

Treatment Options

Laser Skin Rejuvenation

The yellow light from the Y-Lite Laser helps to stimulate collagen production, the essential protein for giving skin its youthful appearance and elasticity.

This happens because yellow light affects the collagen in a way that promotes regrowth.

Y Lite Laser skin rejuvenation also reduces pigmentation so your skin will appear lightened and more youthful. The skin appears refreshed, and the texture improved with the generation of new dermal collagen.
